ABOUT US:
We are a jobbing shop with a staff compliment of 20 people. We run 18 hours per day and are known for FAST TURN AROUND times! We have been in the business of surface treatment since 1993.
Our existing customers range from military, transport, medical and general manufacturing. We handle everything from 1 offs to large contracts.
THE PROCESSES THAT WE ARE SET UP TO DO:
Aluminium: Anodizing sulphuric acid process in natural and coloured dying.
Splash Anodizing: Paintball guns etc.
Masking: Anodizing and Alodine combination to drawing specs.
Alodine: 1200 (Chromate Conversion Coating)
Alodine: 1600 (Clear Chromate Conversion coating)
Powder Coating of Aluminium Procucts: In a large range of colours.
Steel: Electro Zinc Plating
Yellow passivation, blue dip passivation and olive drab passivation.
Chemical blackening of steel parts.
